Alfie has been going to Wags for a few years for both daycare and boarding, and its his home away from home. All of the staff are great with him, and give him the attention and cuddles that he craves. He even enjoys his bath times there - something he usually hates. Would highly recommend - 5 stars 😁

Wags have been fantastic for me and my dog Lily for the past two and a half years - I really feel that I can leave her in Beckii and Jess’s capable hands when I go away without worrying! They really go above and beyond with their service. It’s just a home from home for Lily and she’s always so happy to go there each and every time. We can’t thank them enough for all they do.

We have been taking our dog Ozzy to Wags for boarding and day care for over a year now, he is always happy to go back and we are always happy to see pictures of him having a play when he is there. Always comes back smelling lovely too.. I would recommend!

Pixie and Percy have been coming to Wags since they were both pups. The staff are amazing and look after them so well, sending photo updates during the day. Pixie and Percy are always so happy and excited when I drop them off as they love the staff. I would recommend Wags to anyone looking for day care or boarding as you would struggle to find more caring and friendly staff.

Jasper has been going to Wags since he was 8 months old (he is now 8.5 years old) both to daycare and as a boarder and he really enjoys himself. He also goes regularly to be groomed - initially he was stripped but since being poorly he is clipped. Jasper loves Beckii and Jess and they look after him so well and know how to care for him as he is hypothyroid and diabetic - I know I can trust them with his meds and insulin jabs. I can certainly recommend Wags as all the staff really care for the dogs as if they were their own.

Max has been going to Wags for a few years. He goes a couple of days a week for daycare and he boards when we go on holiday. Max loves his time at Wags. The staff are so friendly and amazing 🤩 with them and Max enjoys the activities and his time with the other dogs 🐶. They regularly send photos of Max with his pals which is lovely to see them all enjoying themselves. I would highly recommend Wags 😃❤️

Thank you to the team at Wags of Cranage. Our beloved boy has been a regular guest for both boarding and daycare for several years and the facilities and services including bathing and grooming are second to none. Clear and competitive pricing policy with excellent communication. Very caring and experienced staff. It is the only place we feel comfortable and confident in leaving our much loved but eccentric boy. They really understand him 😊

The team at WAGs are great! Harley & Odin can be challenging dogs to look after yet Beckii and the team always do such an amazing job, pretty sure they enjoy being at WAGs more than being with us 😂 Never seen them so excited than they are on arrival whether it's for daycare or boarding and always come home happy tired. The photos we get whilst they're with WAGs are always great fun to see! Having tried other daycare & boarding places, as soon as we found WAGs we didn't even think of another ❤️

Over the moon with the service here today. Honey, our Lab retriever is very nervous and has never enjoyed being groomed- but we thought we would give it one more go as she has stayed at Wags Kennels before and came home a really happy girl so obviously a place she feels comfortable. Took her today for a bath and brush fully expecting her not to allow either to happen but she wandered in, tail high up clearly happy and she came out looking like a brand new dog. She had been washed, brushed (knots and matted fur all gone) and her nails clipped! Absolutely astonished and she has been walking around the house like she owns the place since she came home. Thank you Wags, she looks and smells amazing and now wandering around the house like a princess as if to show off her new look. Very highly recommended and we will definitely be returning again.

I really appreciate it all the fun and games that Sofie has when she comes to stay with you. She’s always so happy to see you and the grooming she gets afterwards is absolutely fantastic. Wouldn’t want her to stay anywhere else.
